Loan Guarantor Address

This tab allows you to enter the address details of a loan guarantor like postal and/or telephone contacts and physical location.

How do we enter the loan Guarantor address details?

To enter the guarantor address details, go to Clients / Guarantors/Address and the following screen appears:

Note before you add guarantor details you first have to register the guarantor under Clients / Guarantors

Mail address: This is the postal (mail) address of the Guarantor e.g. "P.O.Box 8977".
City (Mail) Enter here the name of the City / Town of the guarantor that will be used for mailing purposes. e.g. "Kampala"
Physical Address: Enter the Physical location of the Guarantor's residence/place of work here e.g. "Nakasero".
Area Name and Code: Click on "Choose" button to select the area code to which the guarantor belongs. These are administrative units of your operational area (e.g. Regions, Districts, Counties (Municipalities) , Sub-counties (Divisions) and Parishes), These area codes should have been defined under Support Files/Geographical Areas
Distance to the branch: This is the distance from the guarantor's location to the branch of your organization in kilometers here e.g. 12 .
Tel: Enter the Telephone contact of the Guarantor here and "2nd Phone": Enter the second Telephone contact of the Guarantor here in any.
Email: Enter the email address of the guarantor here e.g. robertocarlos@gmail.com.
